Review: Oreo stuffed peanut butter cookies

A few weeks ago while I was bored as usual, I thought about making something with the oreo's I had just laying around..and I needed a new peanut butter cookie recipe! So I came across another foodmaniac and she has the best peanut butter cookie recipe I have ever tried! I made these Oreo stuffed peanut butter cookies but I didn't like them much, what really got me there was the peanut butter cookies and I started making them with everything that has to do with chocolate(check my 2nd post)..

I made a few changes with my cookies, I used more brown sugar than white, I usually find it tastes better in cookies! believe me I am a COOKIEMANIAC as much as I am a FOODMANIAC.

As you can see on some of the cookies I didnt press on the edges well enough so while baking it sort of opened up..so make sure your press well on the edges with you fingers!

On a side note, I love my cookies hard from the bottom so I bake them an extra few minutes! if you are the chewy cookies type then leave the cookies in the oven as instructed by thegirlwhoateeverything!
